Is Capipi free?
Yes! The essentials are free: caring for your Capipi, goals, friends and reminders. Capipi Plus is an optional subscription with exclusive outfits and furniture, +50% oranges from goals and special seasons (coming soon).
Is Capipi a medical app?
No. Capipi is a self-care companion, not a treatment or a substitute for professional care. If you’re going through a hard time, please reach out to a health professional.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone (iOS). There’s no Android version yet. The app is currently in testing via TestFlight and coming soon to the App Store.
Which languages is Capipi available in?
Portuguese (Brazil), English, Spanish, Japanese and German. Capipi can follow your phone’s language, or you can pick another one in the app.
What do you do with my data?
Only what Capipi needs to work. Your account is created anonymously, and adding an email is optional, just so you can recover your Capipi. There are no ads, tracking SDKs or analytics, and your data is never sold or shared for advertising. Payments are processed by Apple, so we never see your card details. All the details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Billing is handled by Apple, so you can cancel in your iPhone Settings in just a few taps. During a free trial, the app reminds you 2 days before it ends. And your Capipi stays with you either way 💛
I got a new phone. How do I get my Capipi back?
If you linked an email to your account (Menu › Save my Capipi), just tap “I already have a Capipi” on your new phone and enter the code we email you. No password needed.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Menu › Save my Capipi › Delete my account. Everything is erased from the cloud: profile, game progress and friendships. You can also ask by email at crismoraes.work@gmail.com. If you subscribe to Plus, remember to cancel it in your iPhone Settings too.
